Ryan checked in for La Waterfront Sportfishing. We had a last minute charter calcellation on the Sport King for Saturday, so Saturday will now be a FOR SURE GO Open Party trip $100 per person. Sunday is also A GO! We will be going to Catalina Island both days. We have a 5am-5pm on the Triton on Sunday. The weather is supposed to be nice and fishing has been good! Ryan checked in for the Sport King out of San Pedro. Just getting our day started over at the island. Not bad fishing, a little bit slower than what we had yesterday morning, but unfortunately the yellows that we hooked this morning got away, but that's okay, we'll try for some more today. A nice little hit on the barracuda, got about 20 of those, some shorts, and picking away at the bass. Had a light load on there, the guys are having fun, we got all day to figure it out, and we're going again tomorrow. Ryan has the latest fish report for you below.

Anthony checked in for the Sport King out of San Pedro. Just talked to Anthony there on the boat, and it sounded like they had another nice day. They ended up with 3 yellowtail. Good bass fishing, about 50 on the keepers. A lot of shorts, so a lot of action on that. 8 barracuda, and a lot of shorts on those. Fly line anchovies, leadhead and squid. All that stuff was working today, so. Good fishing, weather was great, and we're gonna do it again tomorrow. Anthony has the latest fish report and tackle recommendations for you below.

If you guys wanna join us, it's 100 bucks, 6 a.m. departure, going to Catalina. Bring a 12, 15, and a 25 pound rod, or 15 to 30, something like that, fluorocarbon, all that stuff. Assortment of hooks, and some sliding egg sinkers. But fun fishing today, and we're gonna do it again tomorrow, and do it again Thursday.

Ryan checked in for the Sport King out of San Pedro. Just heard from Anthony over there, it's just getting the day started and seeing a decent sign of the yellowtail. They just put their first one on the boat about 20 minutes ago and picking away at bass and barracuda. So, good fishing.  Ryan has the latest fish report for you below.

We're going again tomorrow, which is Wednesday and Thursday. I believe we're chartered Friday, Saturday, Sunday, I think, but it's $100. I just talked to Anthony on the boat. A little slower morning this morning. Sea lines were really bad, and I guess there was no condition, but a little current and whatnot now, and they're picking away. They've put three yellows. Unfortunately, none of those made it in the boat yet. Picking away at the Bass and Barracuda and all that stuff. We'll be doing the same thing tomorrow. If you guys want to join us, we'll leave at 6 a.m. heading over to Catalina. Bring the 12 to 20 pound flyline gear, assortment of hooks, sliding egg sinkers, all that stuff. Ryan checked in for La Waterfront Sportfishing. The Gail Force, Triton, and Sport Kingare having a real nice day of fishing, got yellowtail, bass, barracuda, bonita, a little bit of rockfish, bottom grabber for the guys doing that, but a lot of really fun action on the light line, 15-pound test. 12 to 15-pound test, number like two, hook, smaller hooks there, little sliders, and light action rod and reel that you can cast an anchovy with. Ryan has the current fish report for you below.

I got two charters tomorrow, and we have plenty of room on the Triton tomorrow, leaves at 5 o'clock in the morning. If you guys want to join us, we'll be going to Catalina looking for that same stuff. Fishing the surface all day, so bring that light line, 12 - 15-pound, something you can cast an anchovy with, maybe some smaller lures, but if you guys want to fish tomorrow, the weather's beautiful, flat, calm ocean, and plenty of room, we leave at 5 a.m.

Last trip we had a couple of yellowtail and a lot of action on the bass, some barracuda, a few bonito. I haven't really been doing much rock fishing, so plan on that. Memorial Weekend Wrap Up!  All 3 boats pretty much stuck to the surface fishing this past weekend with fair to pretty decent results.  A few Yellowtail, Halibut, some decent Calico Bass fishing along with some Barracuda made up most the counts this weekend.  Things are headed in the right direction with water temps close to 66 degrees in some areas.  

Sport King is running a $100 SPECIAL until the end of the month and also doing 2 for 1 Tuesdays all season long. Kids fish free on the weekdays too with each paid adult!  Triton and Gail Force are scheduled to run 5am-5pm Limited Load Island trips all summer long.

Anthony checked in for the Sport King out of San Pedro. We had a good weekend with good surface action going on. Today we picked away at the bass and caught 30 or so. We had to weed out a lot of shorts, but it was fun fishing. Light line was the key, 12-15-pound test and stuff like that. Other than that, we did get a little bit of sheephead, some blue perch, and whitefish. We also captured 2 decent-sized halibut for the guys that were dedicated to that on the bottom.
