17 yellows ate a bait today, 2 took a ride home! Big fish and structure = lots of lost fish. Along with a few yellows the group had 78 Legal Calico Bass.

Gail Force had a very nice rent rod charter today fishing Catalina island. The group had a great time getting absolutely ruined on big Yellowtail! Along with the yellows everyone had a blast catching lots of Calico Bass, Whitefish and Blue Perch.

A lot more show than got today for the Triton. The group fished hard and ended up with some nice ones! The boiling Yellowtail was a grey show at times but it would have been better if they were eating our baits! Plenty of Yellowtail at the Island now, when they decide to bite our bait it’s gonna get real fun!

Sea lions ruined us today aboard the Gail Force! Decent bass fishing but we should have had over 20 Yellowtail if not for the sea lions. We will try again tomorrow.

Gail Force enjoyed a nice day at the Island with just 15 anglers. The small group captured 12 Yellowtail to 39lbs, 33 Calico Bass Along with some Bonito and Barracuda.
