Anthony checked in for Sport King out of LA Waterfront Sportfishing. We had a decent day at the island today catching a handful of bass, and a couple of bonito. We focused mostly on fishing the shallows. There was other stuff to grab too--whitefish, sheephead, and perch. It was a decent day, we picked away, and had a lot of short bass that we were getting. It was busy, especially for this time of year with nice, warm water, and beautiful weather. Anthony has the latest fish report and tackle recommendations for you below.
